Activities

Our policy on “Therapeutic Activities” takes into account each Resident’s interests, skills, experiences, personalities and medical condition. We offer a wide range of activities designed to encourage the client to keep mobile, and most importantly take an interest in life.

Our Activities Programme is based upon the interests of the Residents currently residing in the home.

The programme is published each week and accessible to all service users. Current activities include:

• Card Games
• Dominoes
• Pairing Socks
• Newspapers and Magazines
• Music and movement
• Singing
• Hand massages and manicures

The Home is located on the sea-front and is easily accessible by wheelchair. Our carers take residents out on the promenade and to Happy Mount Park when the weather is good.
